"You already know there's more to your becoming — I'm here to walk that journey with you."
About
I don't believe transformation waits for optimal conditions.
I believe it's my job to prime them.
That is the work of a Spiritual Director, as I understand it: to build the ground beneath you — the space, the presence, the fierce and steady container — where real change stops being a someday thing and becomes possible now, in the thick of your actual life.
My practice lives in the body. Embodiment. Somatic work. The places where truth speaks before the mind has time to edit it. I call this dancing with the shadows — because I have no interest in a healing that asks you to hide your darker rooms. I want you to walk into them, turn the lights on, and fall in love with what you find there. The mess is not the obstacle to your divinity. The mess is where your divinity lives.
I studied Intuitive Intelligence for four years, and I am bringing that foundation into direct conversation with my ongoing psychology studies — especially systems theory and anti-oppressive practice. This is not academic curiosity. It is an act of social justice. So much of what fractures us was never a personal failing — it was engineered. Systems built to profit from our disconnection, to keep us small, isolated, easier to sell to. We can see the gaps now. I refuse to look away from them. I am here as an attempt to bridge them.
"Titiro whakamuri, kia anga whakamua."
"Look to the past, in order to move forward."
I do not believe we can walk boldly into what's next while abandoning what came before — our own history, or the history of those whose blood runs in ours.
"Kia mau tonu ki tēnā; kia mau ki te kawau mārō. Whanake ake! Whanake ake!"
"Stick to that — fly straight like the cormorant. Advance! Advance!"
These were the final words of my tipuna Maniapoto to his people — an instruction to hold their course with the unwavering discipline of the cormorant, which flies in a single straight line, unbroken, unyielding, always forward. Centuries later, that instruction still moves through me. It's there every time I ask someone to stop circling their pain and fly straight into it instead — not around it, not above it, but through it, with the same fierce directness. This is what I carry: whakapapa not as an artifact of the past, but as a living instruction for how to move now.
Wholeness is not about becoming palatable. It is not a smoother, more polished version of you. It is the fire and the grace, the shadow and the light, the wound and the wisdom — held together, without flinching, without apology.
If you are ready for the conditions to be primed — I will meet you there.

1:1 Spiritual Direction
$200
Some work asks you to think harder. This asks you to transform.
In personalised 1:1 sessions, I meet you exactly where the old patterns live — in the body, in the fear underneath the fear, in what you already sense but haven't yet faced. I'm here to hunt down what's keeping you in the dark and help you step into your own light. The wisdom was never missing. It was just waiting for someone fierce enough to go looking, and steady enough to help you see it.

Dancing with the Shadows is where we stop running.
Every week, online, we gather to meet the parts of ourselves we've been taught to hide — not to fix them, not to fight them, but to fall in love with what's actually there. This is embodied work. We move, we feel, we let the body say what the mind has been too afraid to. What you find in your shadow isn't your damage. It's your strength, waiting to be claimed.

Kōkiri Rising
COMING SOON
This is where change-makers rise.
Each month, online, we gather for experiential ministry — the felt, embodied pursuit of wholeness and holiness, deepening our relationship with the divine and each other. Together, we turn a clear eye on the systems keeping us stuck, reclaiming personal power not to hoard it, but to hand it back out into the world.

From $799
Wahine Photography is for the woman ready to be seen as she actually is — powerful, unpolished, whole.
These sessions aren't about the mask you wear for everyone else. They're an invitation to soften, to exhale, to let go of what you've been holding alone — and to walk away with images that reflect your power back to you, exactly as it is.

Some moments are too sacred to only be remembered. They deserve to be seen.
I move quietly through retreats, capturing what's real — the breaking open, the coming back together, the in-between moments most people never think to hold onto. Every photograph is treated with reverence, so the journey you took can be witnessed again and again, exactly as it was.

Wānanga Wahine is where women gather to remember what they've always carried.
Over several days, we move through embodied ceremony and archetypal work — shedding the mask, meeting the shadow, standing in the fullness of who you are. This is not a retreat you attend. It's a wānanga you're initiated by, held in the company of women who witness you exactly as you rise.
The Wahine Wānanga
In times like these, wholeness is not a luxury — it is resistance. When we align mind, body, and spirit, we build the resilience and clarity to hold steady inside chaos rather than be swallowed by it. This steadiness never stays contained; it ripples outward, into our communities and the systems we're part of.
